用ShinsDiffPatcher製作登錄器不能顯示licence.txt內容

用ShinsDiffPatcher製作的2011-02-28登錄器.不能顯示licence.txt的內容
ShinsDiffPatcher版本爲1.1.3B.用TortoiseSVN下載至本地(應該是最新版本?)
DIFF的時候具體選項爲以下,用自帶的"WeeDiffGeneratorV1.0.2"引擎
Allow Chat_Flood---->30

Custom Window Title ----->TEST
Disable 1rag1 & 1sak1
Disable Hallucination Wavy Screen
Disable HShield
Disable Nagle Algorithm

Disable Swear Filter
Enable DNS Support
Enable Multiple GRFs
Enable Quest Window
Enforce Official Login Background
Only First Login Background
Fix Camera Angles (less)
Increase Headgear ViewID -----> 2000
Increase Zoom Out 50%
Load Lua Before Lub
Only First Login Background
Read Data Folder First
Read msgstringtable.txt First
Read questid2display.txt First
Remove Gravity Ads
Remove Gravity Logo
Remove Serial Display
Restore Login Windows
Translate Client In English
Use Plain Text Descriptions

還有一個選項是" Skip Licence Screen".那個我沒選擇,但是還是不顯示.licence.txt在以前用"K3dt diffpatch"DIFF的20100730登錄的時候可以正常顯示.

弄了兩天.好像是找到問題所在了?是"clientinfo.xml"這個文件.改成"4"之後就可以顯示LICENCE畫面.但是都是亂碼...然後進去遊戲也是亂碼
