login程式讀取問題

我用MySQL數據庫開的~~都會發生以下問題
Access這個開都不會

再進入開啟服務端
login程式讀取~~一直出現錯誤~會跳掉
雖然我有一在試著找出錯誤~~但都沒用

在讀取的時候

到這就會跳掉~~
