用ShinsDiffPatcher製作登錄器不能顯示licence.txt內容

用ShinsDiffPatcher製作的2011-02-28登錄器.不能顯示licence.txt的內容

ShinsDiffPatcher版本爲1.1.3B.用TortoiseSVN下載至本地(應該是最新版本?)

DIFF的時候具體選項爲以下,用自帶的"WeeDiffGeneratorV1.0.2"引擎

還有一個選項是"[UI] Skip Licence Screen".那個我沒選擇,但是還是不顯示.licence.txt在以前用"K3dt diffpatch"DIFF的20100730登錄的時候可以正常顯示.
請問需要怎麽修改才能在登錄的時候出現顯示licence.txt的窗口?請指教.謝謝

弄了兩天.好像是找到問題所在了?是"clientinfo.xml"這個文件.改成"4"之後就可以顯示LICENCE畫面.但是都是亂碼...然後進去遊戲也是亂碼

不知道要怎&#40637;改.打算在大陸開.所以用簡體中文..請問下需要怎&#40637;修改.謝謝
