To whom may concern,

    First, I feel so sorry on bringing any inconvenience to you. Since it is my first time to start a RO private server with my buddy.

I am definitely a bit nervous on no one visiting my server. This is a normal emotion to the one who have paid lots of efforts on

doing things. Besides, I admitted that this is my fault to have not read the instructions given by yhe administrators.

However, I promise that I will never commiting the same errors again next time. I thus sincerely hope that you, as the adminstrator could do me

a favour to recover my status as a normal forum users.

something you should know is if you want to make your topic up

but you don't know what you can say or nothing is able to be said

you can go to the announce of topic which named
"自 力 私 服 『 置 頂 \ 精 華 \ 高 亮 申 請 區 』 提 升 申 請 區 』"

and apply for a " 提 升 " serve

it will always safely let your topic up

of course you need to wait until Administrator who has permissions on that area

but it is better than you break the rules.
