另外
我用了SGCP發現
似乎無法創中文的工會與人物
似乎跟他有關  因為她工會跟
人物都會顯示在SGCP的官網上面
全形的也沒辦法

完全不知道要怎麼辦

想先請問一下，你的sql 設定是怎麼設定的？
匯入sgcp的檔案到sql時 預設語言是哪個？
sgcp是哪個版本？ 如果是舊版的話因該沒這問題（4.6.4 之前的）
論壇裡因該有一個版本是翻譯了90％的，你如果不會改html+php，那會是你最好的選擇！！！

至於你現在的問題 我簡單解說一下 （如果有錯，請各位大大修正一下）
首先，你會有這錯誤是因為你sql跟cp的語言設定根本是不同的
你把你的 big5 要直接放入 cp的latin1，那根本是不可能的

先檢查你的 MySQL 連線校對 是否設定到 big5 （如果你有跟其他教學叫你改成utf8的，那就改成utf8）
你創造 sgcp資料庫時，因該要選big5_chinese_ci （如果你有跟其他教學叫你改成utf8的，那就改成utf8_general_ci）

在SGCP的config.php裡面有個設定

1. $CONFIG['mysql_charset']                =        'auto';

把auto 改成big5（如果你是用utf8就改成utf8）

大致上因該ok才對，在不行的話在請輸入以下的mysql指令然後把得到的解果給po上來這裡

1. show variables like 'character_set_%';

得到的解果因該要像以下的格式：

我是從某位大大發的開機ＧＭ用ＧＭ大全
裡面就有SGCP　　所以不清楚是蛇麼版本的
我葉照著教學改UTF8
SGCP設置也改UTF8還是沒辦法
都改BIG5還是一樣
上面這位大大的SQL語法
也試過了還是沒辦法創正常的中文ID
頂多只能創英文.數字
或者是全形的１或２ 而且最多只能創１２或２１這樣
不然就是點單的一個字中文

一般在 /etc/my.conf
加入下列文字

再把資料讀出來看看，是不是已經正常了呢！

(p.s 以前建立的資料表因為還是以 latin1 作 default charset，所以無論怎樣讀/寫都還是亂碼，解決方法就是直接重新建立一次。我就是因為太仁慈 (懶?) 沒有 drop 掉舊的資料表，結果怎樣嚐試都失敗，windows platform 試的時候也被 mysql 騙了。)
