以上複製到記事本另存在桌面檔名存成，清除系統垃圾.bat 另存在桌面。

點兩下自動清理暫存檔。

我試過很多次沒事。放心吧。

我都用清除系統垃圾.bat +CCleaner來清理我的系統。

CCleaner下載網址如下

進入之後

點選Download from FileHippo.com (more downloads)或Alternative Download 就可以下載。

之後打開CCleaner選 進階 舊的Perfetch 資料 ， IIS日誌檔 ，Hotfix 反安裝檔 請打勾。

之後請按左邊，選項(O)->設定 ->刪除資料 選徹底刪除資料(較

慢)並選則 DOD 5220.22M(3次複寫)。

如果想要清除系統垃圾.bat點下去清理完之後想要跑出

CCleaner，請在 echo 清除系統垃圾完成！ 上面加入

start CCleaner 之後存檔就會出現了。
